1. Is your website legit and safe to order?                                                                
Yes. Our website is legit and has already received many compliments from our lovely angels.
We truly hope that you can give us a chance to prove ourselves!
As all business has good and bad reputations, we're not that perfect but we will do our best to solve the imperfections and move on to more possibilities of beauty.      
2. Must I need to register an account to place an order?                                     
It depends on you.

3. Where can I check to find size & fit advice?                                                       
Click the clothes you like and the Size is below the ""colour"" option.
You can check the measurements of the bust, waist, hip, and length in the size chart before your purchase.
If you are not sure about your size, you can send the product link you need to know to our customer service team and inform your weight and height

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following 2 main payment methods:
1) PayPal
Lorealwear primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. 

2) Secure Credit Card Payment                                                                              In addition to PayPal, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Klarna, FamilyMart, MyBank.

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Which currency will I be charged in?

All of our transactions are in US dollars. If your credit or debit card is in another currency, your order total will be calculated at the exchange rate on the day the transaction is processed by the card issuer.

SHIPPING

How do I set my shipping address?

Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter "?" to "c".

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide including Asia, North & Central America, Europe and Oceania, offering the payment via PayPal and Credit Card.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 3  days to process it.
The shipping time is based on the delivery method that you have chosen.

How can I track my package?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

What if I'm not home?

If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.
You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

Failed Delivery Situation                                                                                                                 
We are not responsible for failed delivery due to customer negligence, including but not limited to incorrect delivery information provided, such as order address/contact number/recipient name. In this case, we cannot refund your order.
If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact us at service@lorealwear.com as soon as possible before shipment and provide your order number and correct information.

What Do I Do If I Have Missing Items In My Order?

If something is still missing, please contact us immediately at service@lorealwear.com .

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
1.The item must have been sold on our online store
2.The item shouldn't have been used in any way
3. The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery
4.To ask for a return, please contact our customer service.

Can I exchange an item?

In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support:
1.Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
2. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
3. We do not offer Freight To Collect service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
3. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-LOREALWEAR products.
5. If you provide incorrect recipient information, your package may be lost or returned and we will not be responsible. *Please make sure you enter the correct recipient information to avoid unnecessary trouble.
Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Are returns free?

To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a Return Adress. After receiving the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for return isn't a result of an lorealwear.com error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
